Chellysun - Frustrated customer
It looks like I am not the only one frustrated with this company (Chellysun).
I ordered 3 sweaters August 26th and still have not received my order! When emailed they respond promptly and blame the post office; saying the post office has missed placed my order and will now be shipping.
When later looking up the tracking number there is no movement. I have contacted them several times getting same load of BS each time. I do not recommend this company. Unfortunately this is giving a bad reputation for other companies that are wanting to get noticed though social media.
I personally will no longer be shopping that way.
I feel somewhat responsible for my *** experience. I should of done some background checking first, but I mistakenly trusted the social media cite assuming that they let reputable companies on their cite.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $50.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
